Once Open Enrollment ends, no changes to benefits can be made without a qualifying life event. Qualifying life event examples are marriage, divorce, birth, and loss of coverage. Please contact HR as soon as possible if you believe you qualify for a change. Changes must be made in the qualifying time frame.
